Thank for support, yoga72 now 3years old. I would like to share my job and lifestyle.不经不觉瑜伽72休闲馆三岁了，感谢大家的厚爱让我们勉强的存活下来。在如此感人的一刻请容许我长篇大论一次。希望这一篇文章对各位的人生观或工作有所帮助。
On the beginning we start the yoga studio is want to share our yoga idea, health knowledge, do
some charity services and get some income. 
When we start it only understanding is not easy to maintain the studio.We face many problem and challenging only business owner can understand what i mean.

当初只是抱着简单的想法，希望能够把瑜伽理念与健康知识传授于大众，再透过大众爱的力量一起从事慈善工作造福社会和赚一些生活费，可是世事难，现实不是你想象中完美，创业过程所面对的压力，困难和坎坷不是三言两语就能说清楚。
I have do many different kind of job, I can see something happen on the back, i know that really did't got simple job. All the boss and worker also got they own trouble and get stress. When you position high, you will have a grave responsbility because you need to take care of the share holders, workers and customers. This is why the rich and powerful people can't retire whoever they already 70years old above. They got many money but no time to finish all.
这些年来从事不同的行业与累计的经验我看到一些表象背后的真相，真的没有简单的工作。不管什么行业，老板或员工都会面对各自的工作难题和压力。当一个人位高权重时，责任就越大，因为必须向所有股东，员工，客户与利益相关的人负责，所以亿万富豪活到七八十岁都不能退休还得工作没能好好享受自己的财富。
I saw that many cousin, friends and youngster "believe some leader and teacher", now they are in trouble so i would like to share my knowledge hope they can thing properly before taking action. 1.这份工作必须从早讲到晚,讲话也需消耗能量与精神,也会疲劳。
2.这份工作晚上和星期天也要做还要24小时on call。
3.如果你老公或老婆每个月固定给你家用，你不忧吃住那你就可以享有时间自由不必拼命去找客户要不然你全靠这份工作过活，你就的拚得半死。

If you ask me the question ten years ago, maybe i will said not willingly, but now i already understanding the living of art, put down is easy to get happy than get more.

如果是十年前我可能不甘心，现在的我明白了放下的道理，放下了满足了就会开心所以叫心满意足，知道真理了满足了所以叫知足常乐。

开心纯粹是一种感觉，只要您当下觉得开心，自然就会开心。
不开心也是一种感觉，只要你整天觉得不开心，你就会一整天不开心。
Got two person is living in our mind, one is call "positive", another is call "negative".
"positive" is large-minded , love, be content with one's lot.
"negative" is narrow minded, selfish, alway not enough.
Enemy is not other , "negative" is in our mind, kill "negative" the world only can be peaceful.

The world happen many bad thing is because of human.
Human will only love the person they like,
Human only like same religion, race ,handsome or beauty.
Human away criticize different religion and race,
Human away complaint people and thing they don't like.
Only "wise person" they love all the thing in this world,
They can torerate different religion and race,
They love all human whoever you are beauty or handicapped,
They forgive all the human have doing wrong thing.
They set an example, not use force and scold way to settle problem.
I am stupid, i am learning hard from wise person.

her son suddenly blind，wish him get well soon
and we will donate RM200 to Angel Home,
and adult pampers to PKKII handicapped,
wish all the childrens happy and grown up normal.
三岁生日，

愿一位学员的孩子能够早日康复（脑部生肿瘤忽然间失明了，大约十二岁）
另外捐RM200于安琪儿童之家，还有成人纸尿片给脑伤儿童(PKKII)
愿孩子们能够健康快乐的成长。
