Face Off 相由心生

Few week ago, i saw my schoolmate on the street, i already about 20years haven saw her but her face is not changing so much. I believe that her life is great.
Do you believe that face is changing because from you mind ?
前些日子走在街上碰见了十多二十年没见的中学同学，她的面貌变化不大，我一眼就能认出她,还是如此的眉清目秀,想必她这些年来过得不错。
人说相由心生您相信吗?

Fifteen years ago, some friends said i look like Leslie Cheung.
Ten years ago, some friends said i look like Hacken Lee.
But this few year when i am walking around, someone talk to
me :"-%d*j#".
Me:" wei ! i can't understand you language, i not from Myanmar, i not foreign".
Another said:" abang nak beli apa"?
Me:" wei ! i can understand chinese lah".
Oh my god my face is big different with before.
十五年前有朋友说我长的像张国荣.
十年前还不错还有朋友说我像李克勤。
最近这几年走在街上有人对我说：“—%d￥j#".
我：“喂！听不懂啦，我不是缅甸人不是外劳啦”。
有人对我说：“abang nak beli apa "?
我：“喂！我会听华语啦。”
哇赛！我的外貌变化的很快。

Face will change because of you mood, mind, disposition and temper.

面貌会随着一个人的心境，思想，性格和脾气而改变。

Sure you got experience like this:

When you see a face repulsive in appearance, you know that him is bad person .

Some face like devils, you will feel that him is scoundrel.

Some face like a businessman.

Some face like temper not good.

Some face is kindly and affable. ( Every Sunday i saw many person standing near by our studio. They are "TZU CHI" volenteer. They will go to visit backward place and give a services to the poor. They sacrifice one's own interests for the sake of others. This is why they have kindly face.)

相信大家一定碰过以下的例子：
有些人你会觉得他面目可憎，不是坏人就鼠辈。

有些人凶神恶煞，你会觉得他是行走江湖的人物。
有些人你看一眼就知道他是生意人。
有些人你看一眼就觉得他脾气不好。
有些人你会觉得他慈祥和蔼可亲。（每逢星期天早晨本瑜伽馆楼下的停车场总停满许多车辆，因为一批慈济义工一大早就出发去老人院或穷乡僻壤服务大众。他们怀着舍己为人的精神，这种由心发出的真善美造就了他们拥有祥和的精神面貌，小弟对他们服务精神佩服不已。小弟自私自利周日还在工作和利用空当打球。）

On my mind got two guy "positive" and "negative", they are fighting many years, until now still does't know who win who lose, my cell change because of them, this is why my face like this now.

My face not look like a businessman and also not like a bad person, is between good and bad.

Everyday before i go to work, i will look at the mirror, see my face today i good or bad, sometime i feel scare because look like evel.

小弟内心的两个人“小正”与“小负”交战了几十年，斗的天昏地暗日月无光到了今天还没分出胜负，第三股势力就乘机入侵造成细胞变形，变成今天的我。

我变不成商人的面孔，也变不了坏面孔，不忠不奸停留在中间，所以可以同时扮演不同的角色。

每天出门前现我都会好奇的先照镜子看今天是忠还是奸，有时会被吓倒感觉镜中人今天很邪恶。

On human face got few million cell, diet, temper, mood, mind etc can make you face change.

When you get angry many blood will pump to you face and kill many positive cell.

This is why we can know the person who is bad temper or ruthless by reading him face.

人的细胞会受饮食,脾气，心境等影响，单是人的脸部就有数百万个细胞。

当一个人生气时会有大量的血液涌上脸部造成大量的细胞死亡。

所以我们能够透过面相辨别一个人是否残暴或脾气暴躁。

If you want make face nicely, you only can get around 20% benefits from facial or mask.

Another 80% is from you diet, mood, temper, disposition etc.

Sometime you feel inconceivable because some person 40years old but look like 25years old only.

She did't do much facial to protect her face but mind and diet is on right way.

外在的保养如洗脸霜，面膜等对脸部只有大约20%的保护作用。

另外80%来之于饮食，心境，脾气，性格等等内在的因数。

所以有时您看见某个人外貌比实际年龄年轻许多时(天生丽质)，会觉得很不可思议因为对方说没有特别保养。

她虽然没有特意去做20%的外在保养但她做对了占了80%比重的内在保养。

So for the lady who really care about you face, now you know how to do ?

If you want be pretty,

mind should be good and do go works, don't harm other.

keep happiness everyday and don't flare up.

do exercise often, exercise helps on activite cell and reduce toxin.

be content be happy and take care of you diet.

从这一刻起，爱美的女生应该知道怎么做吧？

想要青春永驻面容姣好首先要确保自己的心是美丽的，

害人之心不可有，然后多行善，

每天要保持愉快的心情，减少发脾气的次数，

要勤运动，运动有助于活化细胞与排毒，

知足常乐和照顾饮食习惯。
