bad news - one of the x-student got breast cancer few month ago.
goods news - two of the students will marry on next month
有坏消息也有好消息
坏消息 - 一位前学员几个月前不幸患上乳癌。
好消息 - 两位学员下个月会结婚。
About one month ago, one of the x-student (practise yoga around 2 month and stop
long long time ago) call me, and want to get yoga instructor contact number from me.
大约一个月前,有一位前学员(其实她只上一两个月的瑜伽课程就不见踪影)来电说想与一位瑜伽导师联系。
I know that must be something happen, after a day the yoga instructor give me know that
the x-student is geting breast cancer.
我有不祥的预感应该发生了某些事情,几天后瑜伽导师告知我,那位前学员不幸患上乳癌。
The x-student now is fear, emotion down and away cry on the night times can't sleep. She hope that can practise mediation to come down her emotion and looking for some exercise to helps her.
那位患上乳癌的学员,当下活在恐惧与焦虑当中,每晚莫名哭泣失眠。她想学静坐来平复心情和一些运动以便强身。
Human are away give the old ideal locking our mind, we away think that should work hard on the age 21-40above, wait until we got many money or retire only take a rest, enjoy life or doing some exercise.
人类都被旧有的观念思想给锁死, 我们一直都以同一个模式经营人生, 就是老是觉得赚钱要趁早, 二十到四十岁左右要努力冲刺赚钱养家也存钱以备将来之需,要等到赚够了钱或退休后才享清福,享受生活和做一些运动。
Actually many disease is come from our lifestyle and diet but we don't care about it when we are young, wait until the body weak or serious disease happen only find the way to get health.
事实人所患的各种疾病很多时候都来至于年轻时的生活习惯与饮食习惯,年轻时抵抗力强,我们把一切都 当成理所当然,拼命消耗掉所有器官的寿命与能量,等到健康亮红灯才想办法补救。
Now, So we
*exercise is to increase immune system and redure toxin
*eat proper diet way is not give a chance to toxin come to our mouth and invade our body
*wake up early and sleep early give body a time to be rest and get energy
*improve our knowledge of life, when we understand that meaning of life, this will be
positve mind to face up all the thing happen to us, whoever is bad or good.
*increase mind ,meditation is one of the way to improve our mind and make you feel peaceful and thinking positive. When human geting disease or emotion problem, we are not only looking
for treatment to recover body, we also need some treatment to improve our mind ,like this
only can reduce fear and negative thinking.
现在所以我们要
*运动增强抵抗力防止病毒轻易入侵
*正确的饮食习惯,相信各位一定听过“病从口入”这句经典台词
*早睡早起;人人都爱自由,但人体内的生理时钟已经被注定是这个模式,
晚上是休息与补充体力的时候,早上是吸收能量与工作的开始
*吸取无限的知识,拥有宽阔生命哲学与认知才不容易被当下所发生的一切事物所困。
人生起起落落,不管好或坏都平常不过
*提升心与灵,静坐是其中一个提升心灵的管道,它能让人心,平静,平和与正面能量。
当人面对不幸的事物如患癌等,不只需要调理身体也该治疗心灵,克服恐惧与负面思想。
Got 3 kind of students 有三种学生
1. Understand ideal of health and will take action to get health, will do yoga or other exercise. Have a good discipline and diligent, person like this sure can sucessful on different kind of thing.
了解健康的理念,也以实际行动去拥有它,他们会安排时间练瑜伽与各类运动。
有很好纪律与勤奋的人,做何事都会成功和有收获。
2.Understand ideal of health but lazy to take action, or busy on make money or job or more believe on "health product". So sometime attend class any stop sometime.
了解健康理念,可是懒得行动,或者忙着赚钱又或者工作的关系人在江湖身不由己,
也有些是比较相信“健康产品”。 所以有时会上课有时会失踪。
3.No ideal about health, just play play and do what they want. Not serious on exercise or health.
对健康没有概念,纯粹玩玩或做自己想做的事。不在乎运动或健康。
The long holiday will ending soon, all the members is time to come back, let
me, teachers and student grown together.
漫长假期就快结束了,各位是时候归队了,
我,老师与学员都要不断学习,让我们共同成长,

我想我应该属于第2类的。。。
忙碌的生活往往是我最佳借口,知道这是不对,但是。。。的确有心无力.
人往往在失去后,才懂得珍惜。
