I would like to thank very much to all members and friends because this moment everyone is busy on prepare Chinese New Year and all the foods is rise in price but you all still giving we fully support. Got 69 people is joining this charity project, include 2 childrens any ex-students. Many people they never see me before, but they still believe our studio and give fully support. I only use sms, email and talk a bit than all the supporter come from every where. If everyone also full in love sure the world must become more nicelly.
I were gratified in this 3 years, i see many students health become better, know more knowledge about life and health, and the important thing is increase mind. Ego be smaller and love be bigger. Before that is thinking go where to get fun and eat with friends, or how to make money, now is tolk all friends join the charity together.
Now many people like to do the goods work. Before is donate a bit RM5 or RM10, now aotomatic upgrade to RM30 or RM50, and some of them also tolk me organise more charity project.
Love and doing good works is no matter about race and religion, we really try to helps the person need. Helps people is no mean to get some benefits from it. Got a formula is happen on back of the world ( i will expend to you when i get ready) many thing is started from the mind.
This time we get RM3,000 from all Charitable person (the name list is on last writtings ,you can check on Today is happy day 今天是好日子 ^-^
Thankful and Grateful to all
（7日讯）感人感动的一刻，昨天与前天本瑜伽馆与数位学员依时把捐款与物品交于Rumah Kanak-Kanak Angels孤儿院与移交善款给与Ananda Marga Yoga Society阿南达玛迦国际瑜伽协会雪隆区的代表Dada Vita以便善款能够顺利转账去海地的赈灾基金户口让义工们能够解救疮痍满目的海地。
难得在这百物涨价与众人忙着办年货的繁忙时刻，善众还愿意给支持，小弟真的感激万分。
这次参与筹款赈灾海地，捐助孤儿院的总人数是69位，令人鼓舞的是参与者当中包括两位小朋友，还有好多素未谋面的朋友与一些很久不见的前学员。小弟只是一封简讯，一封电邮件与一句话，各位善者就从四面八方踊跃而来给与响应与支持，谢谢各位对本瑜伽馆的信赖，如果所有人心向此，世界与社会又如何会变的越来越糟糕？只会变得越来越好。
这三年多，我感到欣慰的是看到学员身体状况逐渐改善，健康与各方面的知识逐步提升，最重要的是思维与心灵上的提升，从自我为中心点转成世界为中心点（大爱精神）。从前呼朋唤友一起吃喝玩乐，一起共商发财大计，现在呼朋唤友一起行善，开始领悟助人为快乐之本；人心美，人世就美。
我看到越来越多人养成行善的习惯与美德。从前捐个$5或$10意思意思，现在自动自发的尽所能提升善款到$30或$50,有些善者还会“审问”我，“喂！你做某这样久没有搞慈善活动？”
爱与行善是不分宗教与种族，世界所发生的万象背后都有固定的方程式（等我准备好了才为您们揭开方程式的运转模式），善要从念开始=善念，不求个人回报。
这次总共凑获RM3,000 (所有名单在上一篇Today is happy day 今天是好日子 ^-^ )

The day i visit orphange with Teacher Ms.Lim, Zhen Zhen(red t-shirt), Candy, Kiki and Jessie. And Zhen Zhen giving the Ang Pao to the childrens. 那天我与林老师，真真（红衣者），糖果，淇琪和洁西一起拜访孤儿院。 真真派红包给与一众小朋友。派的人比受的人还要开心，笑的不见眼，这就是施比收有福吧^-^
