我覺得馬來西亞的人飲食很恐怖﹐尤其是馬來人和印度人。。。要注意。。。
我大部份時間都是食素, 但身邊朋友總是多多說話, 原因是我瘦, 食多多都長不出一點肉. 一句營養不夠, 已經把你激死, 但我行我素, 是我把他們激死. 素食是你愛惜地球, 尊重生命. 相信有一天我會是一個全素食者, 不再食任肉類....
我不贪心,只要把肚腩的肥肉减掉就好了。
