
近来有很多人陆续病倒,尤其是小孩的病例更是多不胜数,仿佛病菌随风飘流蔓延着整个大地!
H1N1并没有消失,不时听到有人中招!

我们这里(瑜伽馆)每天都清洗地板,每隔一日会消毒门闩,桌椅,瑜伽垫等等,为了众人的安全有些钱是省不得!
We clean and wash the floor everyday. Spray disinfectant four times a weeks, spray door, table, chair and mats. This kind of money cannot save, we need to protect everyone.
请提醒小孩要勤洗手,不揉眼睛还有不管是大人或小孩,放工或放学后再疲劳也得先冲凉才能入寝。
Please remind you childrens must wash hands everyday and don't rub you eyes. Whoever after job or school is very tired but still must shower first than only can sleep.


我很长气的又再重复与提醒一次,健康无捷径,天下没有不劳而获的东西,想要增强抵抗力,强身健体就得照顾好饮食习惯,运动,生活习惯,睡眠和心情。
I would like to remind again, din't got shortcut to get health, if you want develop immunity from disease must take care of you diet, exercise often, lifestyle, sleep and mood.
三日一小病五日一大病者更是必要做到以上几点,医生开的药或抗生素并不能长期解决病源,吃多了还会有副作用!
The person who are ill often must be doing right the important, pil and antibiotic can't settle you problem for longer, eat to much will get side effect.你们可以自己做个简单的测验,试找出病源和祸源!
You can try to do a simple testing, see the problem is started from where!如果您常运动可是还是常生病,精神缺乏提不起劲!
If you are exercise often but still ill and feel tired everyday!那您就要检讨一下是否饮食出了状况!
Than you must see do you eat proper diet way !
如有常运动,饮食正确(清淡,多蔬果,少煎炸肉类)可是疾病还是不断来犯。。
If exercise often and diet way is right(light, more vege and fruits, less fried and meats) but still get disease often...
那就要留意居家,公司,卧房卫生,是否有定期清洗棉被,打扫等等!
Than you check house, office and bed room is it clean? do you wash the quilt and cleaning on time?
以上皆办妥,接下来就是看睡眠是否出了问题,迟睡?失眠?睡眠品质欠佳?
Exercise, diet, envoirement and hygiene is correct than continue check with other thing. Sleep late? lost sleep? can't sleep well?
睡眠是个大课题,饮食,心灵心境,运动,压力,压抑,床垫等等都会影响睡眠品质。
Sleeping is a big topic, diet, mind, exercise, stress, bed etc also will effect sleeping quality.
晚上五脏六腑也得休息如吃宵夜,过晚进食,吃惰性食物等于是让器官加夜班没的休息所以第二天醒来会感到疲劳。

Mind and mood is effect body health and sleep, even a life.
我们习惯手指向外,只看到他人的不足之处,现在也是时候了解自己的身体和心灵,以此类推直至找到最大的祸源或病源!
Our fingers is away pointing out, we know other people problem but we cant see ourself. This is a times to understand our body and mind. Find out the problem and "virus"!

今天看报纸,世卫宣布AH1N1大流感已经结束!尽管如此,还是要注意卫生---预防胜于治疗!:)
