没错！没进错网站，这的确是瑜伽网站，今天不讲瑜伽而是要教各位怎样“看球”。
Yup you are right, this is yoga website but today I would like to teach how to "watch soccer".

独乐乐何不众乐乐，希望大家也会爱上足球，为波疯狂。
Hope that everyone also enjoy on soccer match, crazy with the soccer.

足球是当今世上拥有最多运动迷的运动,它的魅力在哪？
Soccer is the most supporter sport in the world , why like that ?

小弟在此做个简单的分析与介绍：
Let me take a time explain a bit to you regardiing the soccer match:

小弟热爱运动，从小到大都参与不同的运动，羽球，篮球，乒乓，游泳，足球，壁球等无一不
欢！也许是运动过量压伤神经线和骨骼造成反效果，所以现在的体格就像小孩永远长不大;-)
I like sport, start from primary school I joining different kind of sport, badminton, basketball, ping pong, swimming, soccer, squash etc, maybe because exercise over injured nerves, bone so until now my body still like a kid ;-)

之从中学的某一年我“参与”了世界杯以后就开始爱上足球。那时对著名球星的名字倒背如流。
After I join "World Cup" on secondary school I feel that soccer is a attraction sport. On that time i can remember all the famous soccer player name.


如要谈足球不得不提“肥罗”罗纳多，此仔是九十年的足坛代表人物。他脚法与个人技术出众，健步如飞，射门精准刁钻，你看摄影镜头也难以捕抓到他快如风的双腿。
If want to talk soccer than must be intro this player Ronaldo, him is very famous on years 90 something. Him skill is great, can run very fast, shot on target is easy job for him. You can see the photo, him running very fast, cameraman can't catch him legs.

虽然足球是讲求团队精神不是个人show但没有这些才华洋溢脚法出众的球员，足球赛就会显得单调缺味。
Soccer is a team work not personal show but sometime we like to see this kind of fantasy players, they make the match become interest and fun.

从前我看过这些精彩的足球赛事以后就会在家寒窗苦练球技模仿球员精巧的个人技术但就是怎么也练不好，可想而知要成为一位出色的球员确实不易，台上一分钟台下十年功,必须流多少的汗水泪水与血水才能达到此境界？
When i still a youngster after i watch the soccer match i with practise at home copy players technical skill but this is really not easy. I can understand become a soccer player is not easy, need to practise hard, injured and longtested only can reach the high level.

足球比赛的胜球法则就是把球射进敌方的龙门。一场球赛限时九十分钟，如果双方都没能把球射进敌方的龙门称为“和球”。
Soccer match is play like this, if want to win should shot the soccer in to goal. Soccer match is 90minute, if on this duration no body shot on goal we call it drew.

球赛之所以引人追看也在于此，你总是期待着在这九十分钟里能够看到精彩的入球片段，有时经过漫长的等待双方却未能入球，心里会感到失望，纳闷甚至谩骂球队但还是会继续追看下一场球赛，因为球迷总是渴望观赏到一场精彩绝伦紧张刺激的球赛。
Soccer match is interest because we alway hope that can see wonderful goal, sometime wait 90minute but no goals will disappointed. Whoever some match is boring but be a soccer fans we will continue to watch, we alway hope to watch wonderful match.

球赛如同电影一样时而高潮迭起，时而沉闷无比；球员好比演员，有忠奸之分。
Soccer match is like a movie, sometime is high quality match sometime is boring match. And the players is like a actress got faithful and evil.

你看图中这位演员，不，你看这位球员倒地痛苦呐喊， 当你以为他受了重伤时，他下两秒就能站起来奔驰。你看他演的炉火纯青，想必影帝梁朝伟也自叹不如。
You see this actress, oops, you see this players fall down feel like very painful and injured, don't worry him will stand up next seconds and run very fast. Him acting skill is better than Tony Leong.

为了保护球员的安全免于受伤也避免球员为胜球不择手段粗野对待敌方球员所以评判有权警告踢法粗野或故意挑拨事端的球员，严重犯规时甚至可以把球员“罪下场”。
To protect players reduce from injured, referee can convicted players who is play rough and make a trouble, player serious foul will be fouling out of the match.


评判会以卡执法
黄卡=警告，如同一位球员被判两次黄卡将被罪下场
Referee use the card to enforce the law
Yellow card=warning, foul again will fouling out
红卡=球员严重犯规直接被罪下场
Red card=serious foul, fouling out

这就是为何有些球员如同玻璃人被敌方轻轻一撞就碎，倒地不起还面露苦相因为希望评判把敌方球员罪下场，对方少了一员大将只剩10人在场上，这样就能占人多优势杀敌方片甲不留。有时佯装到地还能获取不同的好处如“自由球”，罚点球等。
This is why many players like to false fall down, they hope that referee fouling out other player, and also get a free kick or penalty.

注：自由球就是某位球员犯规，评判停止球赛继续进行，把球放在刚才犯规的位置，然后受害者可以在这个位置自由的把球踢去队友的跟前或直接往龙门的方向踢去。
Free kick mean player can shot the soccer to everywhere or goal.

罚点球就是站在龙门前十二码的位置，其他人都不许动，由受害的球队委派一员单挑敌方守门员，评判哨声响起起脚射门，十二码离球门很近通常守门员都难以挡下来球。
Penalty mean one of the player stand 12yarl infront of the goal, because 12yarl is very close to goal so normally goalkeeper can't hold the soccer.

在球场上除了守门员其他人一律不能用手接或打球，不然会被黄卡或红卡侍候，除非是马拉多纳因为他有“上帝之手”，或着与评判交清匪浅就能用手打球因为法律不外乎人情。
Goalkeeper is the only person can use hand, other players using hand will foul yellow card or red card but Maradona can use hand because him got "god hand". If you are very close with referee also can use hand.
足球员除了可用双脚踢球还能用头撞球，但在此强调头可以顶球撞球撞龙门就是不能撞人，不然评判又要亮红卡了！（有图与片段为证）
Soccer players can use legs and head too, but head only can knock soccer can't knock people. If you use head to knock people will get red card! (You can see this photo and video)


如果你想更融入球赛的气氛当中，哪两军交战时你非得支持其中一方不可，为其中一对加油打气呐喊助威。
If you want to enjoy soccer match, than you should choice one team and be a fans, only this you can get the feel.


这样你就能感同身受，当球员射门与球门差之毫米而遮脸声声惋惜时，你也会不由自主的与他有相同的举动。


尤其是你所心仪的球队处于弱势被敌方围攻时，你也会感到紧张担心城门失守。当球赛接近尾声时，心仪球队还是弱后敌方，此刻的心情会七上八下盼望奇迹的到来，到最后一刻总算攻破敌方龙门，反败为胜，你会不能自己，欢呼，紧握拳头，兴奋的跳起来喜形于色。人世间最美好的时刻莫过于此！
Exspecially the team you support is weak, you will feel worry, away hope they can turn the tables in last minute.
If they sucessful you feel happy, life is wondeful.


踢球的最高境界“人球合一”，能达到此境界者我们尊称他为“球神”，他的球鞋仿佛与足球相贴，其他人不管怎样就是抢不到“球神”足下的皮球。当一个球员达到如此境界看他踢球是一种享受，他就像是舞者在翩翩起舞，举手投足都那么的赏心悦目此时再配上音乐真让人痴痴如醉回味无穷。


哎！不经不觉写的怎么长篇，还是在此停笔，没力再写了，有时间再分享。

"Human combine with soccer" is the higher level, the person who can reach this level we call him "soccer god", other players is difficult to the soccer from him legs. The kick the ball like the dancers, very nice.
