The lady wearning green skirt with shaking chest, waist and ass is our Belly Dance Teacher Stella.

每次学员上肚皮舞班时，我总会感到头昏脑涨，我一直以为是音乐过于强劲造成的结果，直到我看了以上片段才知道原来无关音乐，是老师功力深厚，抖摇震三管齐下造成的余震。
Everytime the belly dance class started, i will feel dizziness, i alway think is because of the music too stronger and hard. Until i watch this video only understand that is not the music problem, actually is teacher shimmy too stronger generated aftershock.
俗话说得对“行家一抖身，就知有没有”，在此恭喜Stella老师，荣获2010全国肚皮舞比赛亚军，老师也是2009全国肚皮舞的冠军得主。
Congratulations to Teacher Stella because she just got runner-up on Malaysia Belly Dance Open Competition 2010, and she also is 2009 Champion.

其实Stella老师在很多年前是想报名参加健身操课程以便减肥，可是跳舞中心并没有健身操课程，有意栽花花不成,无心插柳柳成荫，在阴阳差错之下报名参加肚皮舞课程，从对肚皮舞恨之入骨到渐渐的成为肚皮舞达人。
Actually many years ago Stella is looking for Aerobic dance classes because she want to keep fit, but the studio did't got Aerobic class and only Belly dance schedule is suitable for her,after joining few month she feel that belly dance is interesting and practise hard. Now she is pro on Belly Dance.

老师另一个傲人的成就是跳肚皮舞以后瘦下十六公斤左右，从86kg剩下70kg.And another results is after practise belly dance, Teacher Stella weight from 86kg turn to 70kg.

他今年才刚庆祝六十大寿。
This years him just celebration 60years old.
他是混血儿，好像是有葡萄牙血统，英国和华族血统，但他常自称是华人：“我是拜神和庆祝农历新年的啦”！
Tony is mixed, Portugal, England and Chinese, but him alway said that:"I am chinese, I am Buddhists, I celebration Chinese New Year!"
Tony老师是教导Latino Jam,这在国外是极其流行的舞蹈，在大马没几个舞蹈老师会教。
Teacher Tony is teaching Latino Jam, this type of dance is very popular on foreign, on Malaysia only very little teacher know how to teach.

Latino Jam顾名思义它是混合所有拉丁舞步如chacha,rumba,samba等等组成舞曲，无须舞伴，无须强记步伐，只需跟随老师全情投入舞蹈节奏当中，尽情摇摆狂欢，达到忘我的境界方休。
Latino Jam mean mixed all the latin dance step together like cha cha,rumba, samba etc. Latino Jam different with Latin dance, it no need partner and no need step remember, just follow teacher dance and enjoy it.
这类舞蹈最适合那些喜欢跳舞，放松减压与出汗的人因为无分舞蹈等级也无需强记舞步。
This kind of dance is suitable for the person who like to dance, relax and sweating, no level and no need remember dancing step.
