我对72招式没什么概念，练到那种程度，应该很厉害吧，还要上课？
tamiya-你有看过我们的72招式吗？如果你能做到一半，我会安慰你说“还有待努力”;-)
普普-瑜伽有超过5万种姿势，72只算皮毛，但能够掌握好72招式，要再学习其它招式也是易如反掌，人的身体就是这么奇妙，只要偷懒几天没练功，有些姿势就会做不到！我们是鼓励学员一个星期上一两堂课，其他的时候在家练习但学员在家就是懒的练习。
