2007 the month before CNY the number of students drop around 80%

2008 the month before CNY the number of students drop around 70%

2009 the month before CNY the number of students drop around 60%

2010 the month before CNY the number of students drop around 52%

2011 the month before CNY the number of students drop around 45%



你可以发觉今年的减少幅度没以往这么惊人，人们的健康意识已经提高,这数据真让人鼓舞与亢奋。

You can found that this year is not drop too much, human health awareness is higher than before, this is a good news for all.

从前有些学员会问-

学员A：“我学了这么久瑜伽怎么看不到效果？”（实际上只学了两个月）

Students A:" Why I practise very long times but still can't see the benefits?" (actually only practise 2month)

学员B：“我这个月很忙暂停一下。”

Students B:" This month I very busy and I will stop a month."

现在学员会说-

Now students will said-

学员A：“我这个月很忙不过还是会尽量抽空出席瑜伽课，上课以后感觉舒服多了。”

Student A: "This month I am busy but I still will attend the yoga class, after yoga I feel fresh."

现在多数人已经了解到运动不是三两天的事情，必须持续练习，身心常能长期保持健康。

好比吃饭必须持续每天进食才能有力气与能量工作。

Now many people already understand exercise is for long term not for short period, continues practise only can feel the benefits and get health.

Same like diet, we need to continues eating only got energy to works.
