人体是由5种不同元素组织而成(太,气,火,水和土)。
当身体这些不同的元素失去平衡时,人就会感到身体不适生病。
脉轮(Cakras)是补给身体5种元素的管道。
人体有七个脉轮(Cakras)
*海底轮Muladhara Cakra
*生殖轮Svadhisthana Cakra
*脐轮Manipura Cakra
*心轮Anahata Cakra
*喉轮Vishuddha Cakra
*眉心轮Ajina Cakra
*顶轮Sahasrara Cakra
每个脉轮都有特定的功能,分泌各种人体所需元素。
每一招瑜伽伸展姿势"体位法"(Asana)都有特别助益某一个脉轮(cakras).
例如海底轮(Muladhara Cakra)与人体排泄功能有关联,如果常便秘的朋友可做对海底轮有助益的瑜伽伸展动作"体位法"Asana。
消化系统不好的人可多做对脐轮(Manipura Cakra)有帮助的体位法。

瑜伽姿势以动物命名Yoga Animals Pose
瑜伽术包含冥想,呼吸法,道德理念和各种不同瑜伽姿势。
Yoga is including meditate, breathing, knowlwdge moral and poses.
瑜伽姿势称为体位法"Asana", Asana的意思是"保持在很舒适的姿势"。
Yoga pose is call it "Asana", Asana mean"stay on the comfortable position".
数千年前瑜伽修行者在荒山野林修行时,仔细观察各种野兽的生活作息与一举一动,学习动物保持身体健康,伸缩性,敏捷,松弛和患病时医治自己的能力。
Many thousand years ago, yogi practise yoga on the jungle and they learn from animals, see animals how to get health, be flexible, agility, relax and medical oneself.
瑜伽师领悟动物各种习性后,模仿与改良各种动物惯用的姿势以适合人类的身体特性,所以很多瑜伽姿势都以动物命名。
Yogi learning many posture from animals and change to be better for human. This is why many yoga pose "asana" is animals name.
再次强调Caution:
各位瑜伽练习者或初学者不需太在意每一个姿势的精准度和优美感,量力而为,你只需“保持在很舒适的姿势”,放松,慢慢的调养呼吸就能感受到练习瑜伽的效果。
Not mean that should do the pose 100% correct, just try you best.
The more important thing is "stay on the comfortable position", relax and concentrate on the proper breathing, only this you can feel the benefits from doing Asana.
瑜伽与其它激烈运动不同,不需耗尽身体所有的力量去做每一个姿势,瑜伽不是消耗体能,反之是增加能量。
Yoga is different with other exercise. no need waist all you energy to doing yoga pose, yoga can increase energy not waist energy.
