激烈运动与瑜伽体位法的差异
Different beside strenuous & yoga
激烈运动:
1.重复,迅速又猛烈的收缩肌肉。
2.可能引起心脏病,肌肉和神经紧张和衰落,所以不是每个年龄层都适合。
3.主要对肌肉起作用和影响。
4.主要以竞争与竞赛为主。
5.过大的运动量会引起肌肉痉挛(抽痉)和过度疲劳。
Strenuous Exercise:
1.Muscle contraction with reply & fast.
2.Not suitable for all age level because this will take a risk on heart attack, muscles&nerves strained & turn weak.
3.Only focusing on muscles.
4.Competition
5.Over exercise will get spasm,injured, tired & burn energy.
瑜伽:
1.停留静止在某一姿势片刻,令肌肉缓慢的收缩,然后全身放松,休息。
2.缓慢渐进的动作适合各年龄层,不会使心脏肌肉,神经过度劳累。
3.主要对腺体和身心灵有助益。
4.无竞争性质,可个别练习,重点在于宁静和均衡。
5.瑜伽锻炼主要在于增进精力能量非消耗精力,瑜伽后会觉得精力充沛和轻松自在。
Yoga:
1.Move with slowly & hold on the position, than relax & rest.
2.Yoga is suitable for all age level no bad effect to heart & nerves.
3.Is helpful for glands, body, mind & spiritual.
4.No need compare with other, can practise alone & focusing ownself.
5.Yoga can increase energy, feel relax & peaceful.
补充:
瑜伽是内在的运动与按摩所以它可以锻炼到一般运动锻炼不到的内层肌肉如胃肌和心脏等。
正常人就算在睡觉肌肉也未能达到完全放松和休息的状态,所以在睡眠的时候依然消耗精力。
经医药科学研究如果规律与恰当的锻炼瑜伽可以使某些肌肉群全然静止或处于休息状态,这些是药物也达不到的效果而且没有副作用。
Yoga is internal exercise & massage. Yoga can exercise the organs & internal muscles & good for heart.
For normal people whoever you are sleeping but the muscles will not 100% relax & rest, you still will lost you enenrgy on sleeping.
Medicine Science research that if you practise yoga regular & proper, it can helps on some muscles totally relax & rest. Whoever drugs also cannot effective like this & drugs got side effect
