和瑜伽的结缘,是当初为了寻找某种运动而开始。
我的体质天生贫血免疫能力较鼻子敏感,经常患上流行感冒,再加上工作压力大,时常犯胃病偏头痛。虽然我热爱户外运动(登山、打壁球、篮球、登山、长跑),但是我的健康一直没有改善,同时某种因素,医生劝告我禁止进行剧烈运动,唯有另寻较缓慢的运动。

对于不爱体操的我,初上瑜伽课时,任何动作都做不来,是所谓的骨头硬吧!笨人唯一的笨方法,是每天回家闭门锻炼基本入门式。一天复一天;一年复一年,不知不觉中身体逐渐健康,鼻子敏感也好了。这段时间里反而练就了忍耐力,也开始协助导师当示范员和助教,但依然不爱修练冥想。

两年前遇上现在的导师,开始修练RAJA YOGA。RAJA YOGA 注重在冥想和身心灵,修练体味法是为了更好的冥想。相反地冥想练习也对哈他瑜伽的修练有帮助。逐渐的个性也明显沉静和开朗了,对人对事也宽容笑容也多了(*最重要人也变美了)

曾经有段时期只注重体位法的练习,把冥想忽略了。导致精神异常活跃和浮躁,晚间失眠。对于我来说失眠是天大的事,导师也经常苦口婆心劝导学员要认真学习冥想,不要只追求把身体扭成麻花。千万别拿自己跟别人比较,每个人生来不同,不止身高、身材、比例各有不同,柔软度,肌力,肌耐力都有所不同。经过导师的多次教诲,开始认真学习和实践冥想和体位法。

现在能够专注,轻松及享受的心情锻炼瑜伽。我很乐意与学员分享瑜伽的一切。也许我们无法炼成脚放在头上、用手走路,但中间的过程、健康的进展和心灵上的纾解也只有锻炼的人才知道。
只要每天有进步,喜悦,健康,就是瑜伽最佳的收获。旁人也能感受到您的改变和喜悦。

教导特色:温和亲切的教导方式,详细讲解引导,配合心灵之舞也称之为长寿舞(印度古老的养生舞),与身心沉淀沟通的按摩让学员肌肉松弛,精神平静。深受学员的爱戴欢迎。


Reason i practise yoga
I heredity poor blood disease from my family ,this is serious disease, few family members
die because tihs disease. I also away headache and stomachache because of stress on my job.
I know health is very important and i like doing diffrent exercise (jogging, climbing mountain,
squash and basketball) but it din't changing my health. Doctor said fierce exercise is not suit
for me, this is why i try to practising yoga.

For the beginning of practise yoga i feel very painful and difficult. I understand that is no
shortcut to geting health way. I force myself to practise yoga regular and everyday.

After few year my body become flexible and health, i feel energy and happiness,
Slowly that i know yoga is include meditation, meditation is good for mental power,
if we body strong but mind weak this is not use. Human being- body, mind and spirit.
This is why i started my meditation class.

I get many benefit from yoga, i be ready to sharing my experinse with other.
I hope everyone health and happiness forever like me.

Hatha yoga concentrate on yoga movement and strecthing, different pose getting different benefits. (If you have learning before and exercise often want to stretch more, you are welcome)
