
有时逛街不到一个小时已经气喘与脚痛,外人是很难理解这种痛苦的
滋味,说来恐怖看医生就如同家常便饭。
之从我练习瑜伽两三个月以后身体逐渐好转,病痛也减少,现在不只能
逛街数小时,去年我和yoga72休闲馆的学员一起去爬Gasing Hill也不是
问题。
我在yoga72休闲馆学的很高兴,在这里认识了很多朋友与老师无所不谈,
我学习到很多关于健康的知识,深深的体会健康的重要性。
金钱固然重要,健康价更高。我妈前几个月中风,躺在医院一段时间,
她长得比较胖连上下床都难,病人痛苦,家人辛苦。我们奔波劳碌数个月 坐立难安,因为时间不许可所以我被逼放弃上瑜伽馆学习。我日日夜夜想着瑜伽馆,一天没练瑜伽如同一天没冲凉叫我难以忍受。
我最近回来yoga72休闲馆练习瑜伽了,我情愿减少几个小时的工作时间让老板娘扣薪水也要上瑜伽课。
如果年轻时只忙着赚钱不照顾身体,步入中年时身体抵抗力转弱,所有病菌都来袭,到时等于是把赚来的钱当医药费。忙碌了几十年又为何?
不是说预防胜于治疗吗?
人最大的弱点就是懒惰与贪心。我想要很多钱但是不想做工;我想要身体健康但是不想动,什么都要就是不愿意行动。我希望妈妈能够 戒掉不良的饮食习惯,不要再吃这么多肉类与煎炸食物。健康要从多方面下手,不是单单运动就足够,饮食,睡眠时间和心态也要同时兼顾。
为了你自己和家人请记得好好照顾身体!
I learning on yoga72style studio around 2 and the half year, before learning yoga my body weakness, everytime shopping only one hour already asthma and legs pain. Outsider can't
understand how bad is it.
Until i started practise yoga around three month than my body slowly recovered.
Last year i join all yoga72 members climbing Gasing Hill. Suprise i can do it.
I am happy learning on yoga72 studio , i get many new friends and health knowledge.
We close with teacher like a family, now i understanding health is very important . whovever
you got many money but not health what use ? Few month ago my mum stroke and stay on
hospital , mother suffering family hard. I need to take care of my mum no time to join yoga class.
Now i am coming back to yoga class. I be willing to give boss deduct salary and take a time to
attend yoga class. When we young but don't take care on body, only working hard and thinking about money, until middle age body will become weakness, many disease will happen. That
mean we working hard many year and expend the money to our medical fee. It is prevent is better than treatment ?
Human problem is lazy and gred, "I WANT MANY MONEY BUT HOPE NO NEED TO WORK HARD", I WANT HEALTH BUT HOPE NO NEED EXERCISE", we want many thing but don't want to take action. I wish my mum recover soon and listen to me don't eat fried foods and less meats. If wanna to get health , we need to take action.First, diet, exercise, sleep and wake up early and keep youself happiness everyday.
To protect youself and family first thing is make sure you are health

After joining Yoga72 for 1 year, i have managed to overcome my depression and emotional problem. With regular meditation, i have become more positive and worry less. Now i have less headaches, able to sleep well and can concentrate better. Moreover, i have lost 3kg and my complexion now has now improved. I am my early fifties, so i advise others, it's never to late to join yoga especially with Yoga72 where their fees are reasonable and the instructors are
qualifier, patient with a lot of good advice.

还没在瑜伽72休闲馆练瑜伽以前我的生活比较缺味,每天都是看电视节目,之从练习瑜伽与排舞以后,我认识了很多新朋友,生活变得很精彩,常出席跳舞派对,郊游,讲座会等。我很开心,仔细一算我练了大约两年半,精神大有改善,鲜少病痛而且还瘦了几公斤,哈哈。。。
Before learning yoga my life style is boring, away watching tv. After practice on Yoga72style studio my life change to be colourful, I got many friends here and learning many knowledge. I enjoy dance party, traveling and talk. I feel happy because yoga improve my health and loss my body wealth. haha...
