Guidelines for Practice Yoga Inxercises(Asanas)



1。Practice on an empty stomach.
At least 2 hours after heavy meal.
空腹练瑜伽或两个小时前进食。

2。Before practicing yoga do full or half bath.

还没练习瑜伽前先冲凉-全浴或半浴,这样有助于消除工作后的疲劳,减缓呼吸
与心跳,清醒头部和去除燥热。

3。Practice yoga on a blanket or a mat.
必须在垫子上练习瑜伽。在冷硬的地板上做瑜伽容易着凉,而且会破坏练习瑜伽
后得到的功效。

4。Some pose is not good to practice during menstruation.

有些瑜伽姿势不适合月经期间练习

5。Practice in fresh air.

要在空气流通的环境练习。

6。Breathe through your nose.
Breathe through the left nostril if possible.
用鼻孔呼吸非嘴巴,最好是左鼻孔通气。左鼻孔通气时可帮助散热。


7。It is best not to touch the water for 15 minutes after doing yoga.
练习瑜伽后最好过了十五分钟后才碰水,直接碰水会影响能量流失。

8。Just after yoga free hand exercise, running or sports is prohibited.
瑜伽后不适合直接做激烈的运动,会干扰能量与效果。

9。You are allowed to take liquid and solid food after 15 and 30 minutes respectively.
练习后最少要十五分钟至三十分钟后才进食,同样的原理,以免干扰能量的运转。

10。After practicing yoga is possible to massage your body.
练习瑜伽后应该做按摩。按摩能促进血液循环,舒缓肌肉,平衡能量,消除疲劳,帮助
淋巴系统运转,排毒等多种功效。

11。After massage is finished remain in shavasana (corpse posture) for at least 3-10 minutes.
按摩后做躺尸式,三至十分钟。做完后你会觉得精神饱满与充满能量。
