Bro & Sis follow us 兄弟姐妹陪我上路

(八月十六日星期天讯)今天黎明时(6.30am)我们一行人摸黑上路,这是一条险象环生的山路,一个不小心掉落悬崖就粉身碎骨。我们伸手不见五指所以都乱摸一通,有时左手一伸就摸到猫头鹰,右手一伸。。哎怎么滑溜溜的?拿近一看原来是条蟒蛇;有时会一阵凉风吹来,然后毛骨悚然,心想七月十四到了应该是兄弟姐妹陪我们上路

(16th Aug Sun) Today (6.30am) the sky is still darkness but we already on the way to climbing mountain. This is a dangerous road , die the most cruel death if fall down overhanging . We can't see our hand, sometime we move left hand will touch owl, move right hand will touch snake. Sometime the cool wind is come, 14th July is due (chinese ghost day), i think is "brother & sister" follow us climbing mountain.











虽然感觉上面对很多障碍但我们都置之不理勇敢的向前走,我们要与太阳比速度看谁先到达山顶,不经不觉就到达山顶(7.30am)。当我们到达山顶时已经有两三位猎景者正在享用早点,当他手里的杯子散漫着一股浓厚香味时,我很清楚知道那一定是拥有五十年历史的怡保白咖啡。一面享用早点一面等待日出的到来,这么写意的画面可惜当时没按下快门。
On the way to top of the mountain, we face many problem but still march forward courageously. We hope that speed can faster than sun , 7.30am we reach hill-top. Two or three mountaineer is having breathfast on the top, i can smell they are drinking Ipoh white coffee. This is a nice scenery, waiting sunrise with breathfast, but i forget to take a photo.

太阳慢步升起,云朵逐渐散去,在还没被太阳晒焦以前我们大军撤退(8.15am)。在我们下山的途中,不断的有登山客上山,我心想“这么晚了才上山,是要晒屁股啊”。下山有时会比上山辛苦,因为怕滑下山坡所以需要不断的借助大小腿与膝盖的力量降慢速度。9.00am大功告成。

We going down (8.15am) before the wealther become hot .On the way down we saw many people just started climbing. Going down is difficult than climbing up, because we need to use thigh, shin and knee to slow down the speed. Sucessful on 9.00am.

由于时间还早于是下午12.30pm相约数位“同路中人”打羽球。当初练瑜伽时很多人好奇为何男生会对瑜伽有兴趣?其实我练瑜伽的其中一个理由是因为以前打羽球时过度认真与用力,训练量过大结果左手负荷不了压力手筋断裂,我好几个月都无法举起左手。
After this i go to play badminton on 12.30pm. Long time ago,when i practise yoga on studio many people suprise why a male is interest on yoga ? Actually one of the reason i practise yoga is because my nerves broken when i playing badminton. Until my left arm can't rise up.


人总需要运动以维持身体健康,在辽伤的过程我选择跑步来代替打羽球。后来听说瑜伽伸展动作对筋骨受伤的人有帮助,所以就转去练瑜伽。

Human still keep to exercise often, so that time i can't play badminton i change to jogging. After that someone tolk me yoga can helps person who are injure, this is why i practise yoga.
