Why dance ? 为何跳舞 ？

Yoga72style Studio 大约有三年历史，起初我们只教导瑜伽，后来的两年才开始不同类型的舞蹈课程。
History of Yoga72style Studio is around three years. For the beginning we only got yoga classes, one years later, we started different dance classes.




第一堂舞蹈课要从两年前说起，当时有位纤瘦的女生带着22寸小蛮腰轻敲瑜伽馆大门，这位女生的肤色就如同古天乐一样古铜色，本人正在犹豫要以哪一种语言与她沟通时，没想到她先以马来语问候我，这时我才想起自己也一样是健康的古铜色。在我们以马来语交谈的半句钟里，我才知道原来她来头不小，她曾获多项拉丁舞公开赛冠军包括新加玻拉丁舞公开赛冠军。哇！真是闻名不如见面，见面不如去Old town吃碗面，四块九还送一杯怡保白咖啡。
Our first dance lesson is started like this. Two years ago, a very thin girl with 22 inch waist knock our door. This lady skin colour is like Hong Kong famous movie star Gu Tin Lot (brown skin). When i am still thinking use with language to chat with her, her already use malay language to regards me. Oh ! I already forget that my skin colour is same like her brown health colour. We speaking malay about half hours. Wah !she win in many competition, include Singapore Latin Open Competition . I can't believe, i would like to explain my feel like this. Meet with her is better than only hear about her name, go to Old Town eat noodle together is better than only meet on studio because set noodle free white coffee only RM4.90.

她走了以后，我赶紧去toto买了六个号码30 22 32碰碰运气，没想到第二天开31 22 33。是我低估了她的实力，下次不应该用目测而是。。。说了这么久应该介绍她了，她就是美丽的拉丁舞后，我们的拉丁舞老师ms.Chong或直接称呼她Lei。
After she going away, i quicky go to buy Toto with 6 number 30 22 32 hope can get some luck from her. Second day when i check the result from newspaper is 31 22 33. Oh my god, i underrate her actual strength, next time should not only see simple like this and buy, should......I am talking too much, is time to intro her, she is our Pretty Latin Queen and instructor ms.Chong or you can call her Lei.


由于学生体验了舞蹈课程的乐趣，开始要求72式瑜伽馆安排更多类别的舞蹈班。我就开始四处探听那里有一流的舞蹈教练。经过两三个月的搜索终于给我发现鼎鼎大名的排舞老师Wendy Low,她游走排舞界十数载，是雪隆区顶级教练，门徒少说几千人。当学员上课时远远就能感受到她那股气势与雄厚的舞蹈功架。
Students require us to start more dance class, after experience and get fun from the dance class. My new job is find a pro dance instructor. I get it three month later, a famous line dance instructor in Selangor & K.L .She name is Wendy Low, her got few thousand students in this area. You can feel her stronger skill and technic in the class.





自从出席了十二月三十一号晚跨年庆狂欢舞蹈派对以后，我对舞蹈有了更深一层次的认识。我看到老老少少忘我的投入音乐旋律当中，当时正值金融风暴初始，可是当晚没人愁眉苦脸，人人发自内心的媚笑，奸笑与狂笑。三岁的小孩闻歌起舞，八十岁的老阿妈随着音乐的节奏扭动着四十多寸的水桶腰,当时的气氛很动人，它给了我新的观感，原来音乐与跳舞有这神奇的功效；能让年轻人发泄过多的精力，年长者返老还童和让上班族发泄累计在心里的不满，减压等等达到忘我的境界。经过这次亲眼目睹舞蹈的魔力后，我们就更大胆开新的舞蹈班。
I more understanding about dance after i attend a Line dance party on 31Dec night. I saw many youngster and oldster dance selflessly. Whoever this year global economy disaster, but everyone is happy and smile from heart. 3years old baby is dancing ,80years old Ah Ma is dancing with her tayar-waist too. They dance on nice atmosphere. Wah this is music treatment. This is a time for youngster to give vent to one's full energy ,oldster recover one's youthful vigour and worker can reduce stress from dance too. After saw power of dance, we a bold to start new dance class.


几个月前我们开了新的舞蹈班名为Cardio,它与一般的舞蹈班不同，它适合那些想要跳舞可是却不想死背舞步的学员，它有点类似Aerobreak dance，在一个小时里用尽全力尽情跳动，甩掉赘肉，甩掉烦恼，总之就是汗流浃背以后感到疲累又很爽的那种感觉。我们的老师Hong兄也非等闲之辈，他时常参与歌手演唱会的舞蹈演出和在大型健身中心受教 。他用尽心思教好每堂课，他教课时总是朝气勃勃，声音洪亮，力度十足没一刻偷闲。难怪每个学员越来越劲，体能越来越棒。
Few month ago we start another type of dance (Cardio), this dance is suitable for the person who like to dance but does't want to remember too much step. Cardio is little bit like Aerobreak dance, jump hard ,burn fat and burn worried.This class will make you sweat a lot, the feel is very nice after class. Our instructor brother Hong is a dancer and present on Singer concert. Him teach on bigger fitness centre too. Hong teaching way is full of power ,speak lough , more movement. This is why all the students stamina improve so much.




最近我们又开了新的舞蹈班Jazz爵士舞，这又是另一种风格的舞蹈，可以是个人或团体。爵士舞是一种急促又富动感的节奏型舞蹈，是属于一种外放性的舞蹈。爵士舞的精神是愉快、活泼、有生气。它的特征是可自由自在的跳，不必像传统式的古典芭蕾必须局限於一种形式与遵守固有的姿态，它在自由之中仍有一种规律的存在。人说相由心生，难怪舞蹈老师都有一种气质，你一见到她就会感觉她是个很会跳舞的人。我们这位女老师Yen身高175cm如同模特儿般高。与她谈话不能超过五分钟，不然一直伸长颈向上看，颈部会酸痛。不知道是否跳舞令她快高长大？ This month we started another new class ,Jazz dance. It can be personal dance or group dance. Jazz can be free style no need like ballet ,all the step must follow proper way. Jazz dance ideation is happy, lively and dynamic. Our Jazz dance instructor is calling Yen ,she is tall 175cm like a model. I can't chat with her more than 5minute ,if not my neck will painful. Is it dance more can be tall ?

同时间我们也开始了儿童舞蹈班，也是由Yen老师负责。由于现在的小孩奶粉喝的太好和受到环境的影响，都精力充沛和好动。父母常常投诉孩子在家‘吵死人’跑来跑去。这当然，现代的家庭都只生一两个小孩，孩子没玩伴当然期待每天与父母玩或跑来跑去发泄过多的精力。舞蹈正好能让他们发泄过多的精力，同时增强儿童的抵抗力，还能提升他们的左右脑并用与团队精神。在这里他们还能找到很多玩伴与朋友，学的开心，玩的开心。 We also started children dance at the same time. The instructor is Yen too. On this generation, more of the children is drinking best cow milk and envoirement is different with 20years before, so you can see many children is hyperactive and full energy. This is why parents away complain childrens is naughty and noisy at home, away run here run there. Many family only got one or two child, at home no one can play with them so they away hope daddy and mum can play with them. Dance is a good exercise for child to express energy and improve immune system, dance also can improve left and right brain .It also can let them understand what is team work. They can get many friends here, learn with happy, play with happy.
