Warm up, Relax and Rest, Cool down 热身,放松与休息
I can understand everyone is busy, but I want to remind that warm up, relax, cool down and rest is very important.
我明白现代的都市人都很忙,上瑜伽课的时候会迟到早退但不要忽视热身,放松和休息的重要性。
1.Warm up can give warm the body temperature, the blood and oxygen will flow to the muscles)
1.顾名思义热身可以使身体的体温上升(血液和氧气流向各部位和肌肉群)
2.Warm up can give the muscles flexible and reduce joints injured.
2.热身拉筋会使筋腱更灵活从而避免关节,韧带和肌肉损伤。
3.After exercise should take a rest, give the heart slown down and back to normal.
3.运动完毕后要放松或稍做休息,使心跳逐渐恢复正常和慢下来。
4.Relax and rest than the blood from the muscles will slowly return to heart and flow to whole body.
4.放松可使集中在肌肉群的血液慢慢回流心脏和平衡分配各部位所需。
5.Take a rest and break after exercise can reduce faint, tired, muscles paint and tight.
5.运动后放松和休息可避免忽然停止运动所造成的眩晕、筋疲力尽的感觉和避免肌肉酸痛和紧绷等症状。
Remark: Warm up should take how long is depend of what kind of sort are you doing. Normally we take around 10minute something to warm up. If you feel that already starting sweating that mean the warm up is enough already, warm up no need to hard.
备注:热身的时间应人而异而且不同种类的运动所需的热身时间长短也有所不同,一般上热身大概十多分钟,身体开始冒汗就已经达到热身的效果,热身不需过度激烈这样反而造成反效果。
